Of all the necklaces made by Sarah Coventry, this exceptional Maltese cross design is my all-time favorite. The name of this design is Starburst and it was only made in 1975. 

This pendant is top quality craftsmanship and very unique. The starburst is made of granular or sugar texture satin gold and the two star designs are stacked or layered. The large Peridot and Topaz crystals are framed in polished gold metal diamonds. The large faceted round the center is a clear bezel set crystal. 

The glistening gold double rope chain is original to the pendant and is nice and long at 24" or 61 cm. The pendant is large in size at 2 1/2" or 65 mm wide. The crystals are large at 10 mm. This necklace is in pristine clean like new condition and has never been worn. There is no gold wear or loss of gold on the chain or pendant. All of the crystals are perfect with no scratches, chips, or cracks. The back of the pendant is signed Sarah Coventry.
