This charming daisy pin is a very uncommon old style. This cluster daisy design style is not signed however I believe it was made in West Germany based on the painting techniques. It is the old hand painted techniques on this pin that lead me to the origin of West Germany.

This daisy trio is painted in chocolate brown enamels with bright yellow centers and bright lime green enamels on the tips of the petals. If you look at the back of the brooch you can see the quality 1950-1960 era riveted construction. Riveted. That is also an indication of West German construction. It was made to endure the test of time.

Forget about how the brooch was made and just look at it. It is simple but intricate, and very unique and compelling... and sure to bring many compliments. 

Medium in size, the pin is 1 3/4" or 44 mm wide. The entire brooch is in super pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. The daisies retain their glossy clear coat and there are no chips, cracks, or crazing to the enamels. The back has the original fine working safety clasp.
