Made in the 1950s, this very elegant milk glass necklace is an exquisite old beauty. A very attractive design! The necklace was made in the German Bohemian region and features some very unique handmade beads. 

The round beads are handmade round pinch beads and they are flanked top and bottom with japanned black metal filigree bell caps. The necklace also features another style of unique milk glass beads : elegant elongated barrel beads that are ribbed or fluted. The ends of the strands are also very attractive and the round pinch beads are graduated. Also notice that every milk glass bead is spaced with small black glass seed beads. 

A nice long necklace, it is 29" long or 74 cm long. The barrel beads are 15 mm long and the round pinch beads are about 8-10 mm. For security and longevity, I have a restrung the necklace for you on Acculon, or teflon coated stainless steel wire. The original 1950s brass barrel clasp is present and in perfect working order.

The entire necklace is in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. There are no chips or cracks in any of the beads and no discoloration to the milk glass. The black enamel bell caps are in excellent condition as well.
