This vintage bow and skeleton key pin is a design that was made by Florenza in the late 1950s or early 1960s. It is not signed for lack of space to put a signature.
The pin is antiqued gold metal with a patina that renders and old-fashioned Victorian look. The metal is patterned with scrolls and beads and accented with glass stones and pearls. The ribbon has tiny seed pearls and a red rhinestone center.
The key has different stones on each side: a faceted ruby glass oval on one side, and a sapphire blue glass stone with tiny turquoise accent beads on the other side.
The pin is a medium piece that measures 2" long x 1 3/8" wide. All of the stones and pearls are original and present. The pin shows very little, if any, signs of age. The pin has the original fine working safety clasp and although not signed, was made by Florenza.
