From the 1950s, these vintage handmade earrings are old Czech glass seed beads. The beads are clear glass with medium pink and white interior canes. These old Czech handmade glass beads are a type that really glistens. They are also a type of seed bead that is no longer made today. The twisted button design is many strands of beads that are strung on brass wire, not cotton thread.
 
The domed button clusters are 3/4" wide x 1/2" back to front. The earrings are clips and the clips are brass with a darkened patina from age. The clips are strong with tight snap. All of the beads are original and present and are in excellent condition with no missing, chipped, or cracked beads. The beads are very clean as well. The earrings are not signed. The glass beads are Czech but the earrings were most likely made in West Germany or the Bohemia region.
