These amazing crystal orb earrings are Austrian crystals chatons, or old world lead crystals; quality like you just don�t see in any new earrings. The earrings are not signed but I would venture to say that this design was made by Hattie Carnegie. 

Each earring has two blinding orbs, each different sizes, but both are about the size of a small grape or a small cherry tomato. The orbs are 5/8" and 1/2" wide. The faceted crystals are rather large at 1/4" wide and all are prong set. The earrings have 5 mm and 6.5 mm lustrous white pearl accents as well. The earrings are not big, long chandeliers. They are more of a medium length cluster design and they hang down 1 9/16" long overall, or just slightly over 1 1/2" long. 

The earrings are clips but they are the slender lever style that are comfortable to wear and the earrings are not at all heavy. Both earrings are in sensational condition. All of the crystal chatons are original, present and very sparkling. There are no chips, cracks, or facet wear as well. The silver rhodium metal does not have any signs of wear and the earrings are perfectly clean and pristine. The clips are like new and are strong with tight snap.
