This vintage gold locket is an elegant oval design with a satin etched face. The locket was made in the 1940-1950 era and is 14kt gold filled. It is signed on the top of the round bail but the stamp is very worn.  The locket has a feminine Fleur de Lis bail and inside there are places for 2 photos. 

The glistening gold rope chain is 18" or 46 cm long. The chain is brand new and it is heavy gold plated. Medium in size, the locket is 1 1/8" tall x 7/8" wide or 29 mm x 23 mm without the bail. The photos for the inside will need to be about 1" tall x 3/4" wide or 25 mm x 18 mm. 

The entire locket is in pristine clean condition with no imperfections or flaws. There are no dings, scuffs, or scratches. The back of the locket has some light signs of gentle handling; just tiny scratches from polishing mostly.
