This gorgeous very fine quality Art Deco dress clip with earrings set from the 1920-1930 era is made of thick silver rhodium metal. 

The dress clip has three interlocking Deco style circles, topped with clear crystal baguette arches and trimmed out in tiny clear rhinestones. The oval design on the circles is both turquoise glass and clear rhinestones; notice how the design is half and half or askew! 

The matching earrings are screwbacks. Unsigned, the dress clip is medium petite in size at 1 5/8" tall x 1 1/4" wide or 4.2 cm x 3.2 cm. The earrings are 1 1/4" long x 5/8" wide or 3.2 cm x 1.6 cm. 

This set is in impeccable like new condition and has obviously never been worn. All of the rhinestones and glass cabs are original, present, and in super sparkling condition. There is no silver rhodium wear any wear; not even on the clip of the dress clip or on the screw backs of the earrings. I highly doubt this set was made in the US. It was most likely made in England or France.
