This finely crafted 1950s circle pin is a tulip flower design made of Genuine Angelskin Pink Coral.
The brooch is signed 1/20 12kt GF and the makers mark, an S inside a pentagonal horseshoe. You can see an image of the mark above, but it is an unknown mark as it was probably custom made by a jewelry artist.
The thick gold braided circular frame slopes down around the edges and the inside perimeter is polished gold. The glistening gold leaves are deeply engraved.
Ive had this brooch safely stashed away for several decades and it has never been worn. Very petite in size, the brooch is 1 1/4" or 32 mm wide. The coral cabs are 8 mm long.
The entire brooch is in pristine microscopically clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. There is no loss of gold, no gold wear, and no scratches or dings in the gold. The coral cabs are glossy and perfect as well. The back has the original fine working gold filled safety clasp and bar hinge.
