Vintage Victorian Cameo Pin Gold Fleur de Lis Maxine Denker Jewelry
This Victorian reproduction cameo pendant bar pin is signed Maxine Denker.
I cant tell you much about this designer except that she is a designer on 5th Ave in NYC and has been established since 1984. I know the company sells close to 2 million dollars a year in jewelry, but I don't know exactly where her jewelry is marketed, except perhaps to say it is sold in fine department stores.
I've only see a few of her really nice designs for sale currently as I think collectors are not willing to sell right now. I can also say that the Victorian designs I have seen are great reproductions - all very unique and well made.
This gold metal bar pin looks like an old watch fob style and the gold metal has a light satin finish. The intaglio cameo is a thick and round light smokey grey crystal that is also faceted on the back. You can see that the setting around the cameo looks like a watch fob, and you can also see the classic Victorian style Fleur de Lis points on the ends of the bar.
The brooch is signed Maxine Denker and the bar is 2 1/2" wide. The whole pin is 2 1/16" long and the crystal cameo is 7/8" wide. The pin is in pristine clean like new condition with no signs of wear or other imperfections. The back has the original fine working safety clasp.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation jewelry box.
You can add a gold brooch slider to convert this pin to a pendant by checking the box below. Sliders come with a pair of silicon stoppers to hold slider in place.
