This Japanese bowl is a hand painted Geisha Girl rice bowl in polychrome paints. The garden scene depicts three Geishas girls with pagodas and Mt. Fuji. It was made in the 1910-1930 era.
The perimeter is heavily adorned with pink and orange cherry blossoms and red and yellow chrysanthemums. Also, the exterior of the bowl has three blue, green, and yellow chrysanthemum decor patterns.
The bowl is 5 3/8" wide x 1 1/2" deep or 135 mm x 38 mm. The entire bowl is in pristine clean like new condition with no cracks, chips, repairs, or signs or age. The enamels are perfect with no wear and no scuffs or scratches.
