The day is fast approaching when women will wish they had to foresight to collect vintage wood bead necklaces. Not every wood bead necklace, but those composed of unique vintage beads from various types of wood from around the world. They are fast becoming hard to find but many people just dont know anything about old wood beads.

This 1980s modern style earthy wood bead necklace is a combination of light, medium, and dark wood beads. The strands are linked with large oval and round wood beads with exposed wood grain. There is also a strand of tortoise acrylic wood beads and the strands are looped in wooden hoops as well. The large diamond shaped medallion has a wood look but it is made of black acrylic, as you can see on the back.

The necklace is 28" or 70 cm long and is one continuous loop without a clasp. The medallion is 3" or 7.5 cm wide. The large wood beads are 17 mm and 25 mm. All of the smaller beads are 4 mm to 7 mm. This necklace is new and never worn and is in 100% perfect condition. The necklace is not heavy to wear.
