This gold French poodle pin was made in the 1950s and is designer signed S.A. The hallmark stands for Samson Co which began business in providence RI in 1943. The poodle is made of dark yellow gold metal with linear texture and tufted pom-poms on the head and feet. The chest is paved with tiny clear rhinestones and the eyes are emerald rhinestones.

Medium in size, the poodle is 1 5/8" or 40 mm tall. The entire pin front and back is in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. All of the rhinestones are original, present, and sparkling. There is no gold wear or loss of gold. The back has the original fine working safety clasp and the signed SA cartouche.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in new presentation brooch box.
