This is a very unique fish pin! It was made in Germany in the 1950s. The fish is made of gold Eloxal aluminum and faceted gold aurum glass - very rare to find!

The body has domino like layers of scales with glistening beaded texture to highlight the gleaming gold aurum glass chatons. The gold aurum was a new twist on the traditional marcasite style jewelry.

A petite design measuring 1 3/4" long x 1/2" tall, the back of the pin is signed Germany and the original C Clasp is in place. The entire fish is in pristine like new condition with no flaws, imperfections, or signs of age.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation jewelry box.
