It is very nice to find a square 1950s Spanish Damascene pin. Most of the Damascene pins that were made were round or in figural designs.

This petite pin is very elegant in design. The etched floral design is in 24kt gold and silver. The double border trim is also 24kt gold and the background is glossy black enamel. This pin was made in the 1950s, although it does have a trombone style clasp like antique pins used to have. The clasp is original, and the back is finished in textured 24kt gold plate.

The pin measures 1 1/8" wide and it is in pristine, perfect condition all around. The pin has undoubtedly never been worn and looks new, like the day it was made. It is not signed, but most certainly Spanish Damascene.
