Description
Made in the 1960-1970 era, these elegant vintage cufflinks are designer signed Dante.
Dante was a high end US cufflink manufacturer and most of their designs were pretty wild. In the 1960s and 1970s, Italian designer Dante ruled bling in mens cufflinks. He imported all of his crystals from Austria and other superb gems from Europe.
These cufflinks are elegant formal design in satin etched yellow gold plated metal. They are one of his earliest designs in his determination to go head to head with Anson, Hickok, and Swank. The round faces are a criss-cross or plaid design in satin etched gold. The bezels have a gold satin texture as well. The round circle and bar, the insert attachment on the gold mesh wrap, is also satin gold etched.
Medium in size, the round medallions are about the size of a US nickel. The pair is in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. Both cufflinks are signed Dante.
Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new presentation box as pictured. </span></div>
